By using Nexus, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Nexus is a free AI assistant tool with usage limits (1,000 requests/month on free tier). You are responsible for your account and your use of the API. We provide the service "as is" – use at your own risk. Don't misuse it, don't abuse it, and don't try to hack it. That's it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexus (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. User Accounts & API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API keys you generate. You agree to not share your API keys with anyone else. Nexus is not liable for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized use of your account or keys.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Nexus only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its servers.
- Harassing, abusing, or harming others.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service.
- Exceeding your plan's monthly request limit. Exceeding limits may result in service denial until the next billing cycle.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Nexus does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI‑generated content.
Use at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service and any decisions made based on AI‑generated responses.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service. Since Nexus is free, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your account and revoke your API keys immediately. We may also restrict access if you exceed your plan's usage limits.
You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting your Groq key and API keys via the Dashboard. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this URL, with the effective date noted at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Dashboard or by email.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in India.
